Infiniti CD-R are compact discs designed to be recordable on any compatible CD writing device.  You need a CD Recording device, which can both read and record with CD-R. Almost all DVD writers can also write to CD-R.
CD-R are used to record so many things now, they can really be used by anyone – you can record data, music, video, games and backup on to them. They really are a great robust medium that is easy to handle, low cost, and resilient in transit.
Infiniti CD-R are only ever the best grade. They have built a reputation on sheer excellence in terms of what passes quality control tests. Many lesser brands will put a mixture of grades into the packaging to reduce costs, but Infiniti never do that.
